Our treatment is designed to be comfortable, helping you relax both body and mind. Some clients feel nothing when the needle is inserted, while others may experience a slight prick. During needle stimulation, you might feel tingling, mild discomfort that quickly fades, or a pleasant warmth. Most clients find the therapy soothing, relaxing and often they fall asleep. After the session, there is generally no lingering discomfort from the needle insertion in most of the cases.

Dry needling is a subset of acupuncture. In other words, dry needling requires inserting needles into trigger points with strong stimulation. Dry needling is a technique practiced by physiotherapists all over the world. In some places, like Australia, in order to employ dry needling in practice, one need to attend a weekend course. It is possible that dry needling practitioners can only treat specific areas. Therefore, the therapists with this course aren't qualified to diagnose complex problems from the point of view of acupuncture and TCM .
